
My approach
Sunlight Space is a kind, supportive and welcoming place to visit, especially for those times where life might feel real heavy, scary or lonely, because let's be honest, as human beings we all experience times like these. Especially with the current state of our world.
There is so much crisis and chaos and if you're feeling overwhelmed by it all, that makes complete sense. Although the human condition seems to intrinsically contain suffering, we are not meant to go through all of this on our own. We are all in need of compassionate connections while we navigate these intense and challenging times.

My approach to therapy is to meet you exactly where you are at, with presence, care and curiosity. I believe in co-creating a courageous and emergent space where you can grow in understanding and compassion for yourself and others. I aim to support you in accurately attuning to your inner world with awareness, empathy, kindness and agency.
Together, we practice identifying the emotional, psychological, spiritual, relational, and / or physical needs that your suffering may be altering you to, so that we may then practice responding to those needs with the utmost compassion and care. While we work together you'll have the chance to practice mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system awareness, somatic embodiment and eco-therapy. These skills can greatly enhance the quality of your relationship to yourself, to others, to the Earth and to your life as a whole.
