A mindfulness-based therapeutic space to practice becoming a present, kind and caring friend to your own being.

Each session provides an opportunity to cultivate  awareness, attunement, and responsivity to your own needs, values and aspirations so that your vitality, authenticity and wellbeing can flourish.

Offered both in person and virtual.

Collective Compassion

A facilitated peer-support space to practice presence, empathy, kindness, and encouragement for yourself and others.  A place to cultivate hope in the world's potential to be a friendly place.

Compassion

A nature-based, exploratory space to practice connecting to the Earth as an essential resource for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Each session provides a unique opportunity to cultivate presence, reverence, and reciprocity with the natural world.

Decrease your stress, improve your mood and overall health with the gentle grounding of nature.  Offered at local green spaces in Toronto.
